Different seasons call for different strategies.

Hey Reader,

A common reason EDUpreneurs feel stuck is because they’re using the wrong playbook for the season they’re in.

It’s like trying to run a marathon while following a couch-to-5k plan. Or worse, it's like trying to follow 3 totally different training plans all at once.

So, let’s get clear: What season are you in?

Wait...what do I men by "season?" Essentially, it's just a fun way of describing where we're at in our journey.

The Starter Season
You're building from scratch. You’re figuring out your niche, clarifying your first offer, and trying to get those first few sales or email signups.

You're focused on building your foundation. Things are likely still a little unclear, and maybe a little messy.

The Grower Season
You've launched something. Now you're working to grow your audience, gain traction, and generate consistent income.

You're focused on simplifying your systems, showing up consistently, and leaning into the things that are working.

The Scaler Season
Your business is up and running, and now you want to grow revenue without burning out. That means building better systems, hiring support, or expanding your offer stack.

You're focused on automating, delegating, and scaling through increase efficiency.

It doesn't matte what season you're in, but it's helpful to know where you're at.

Knowing your season helps you:

  • Make better decisions
  • Say no without guilt
  • Choose strategies that actually work

So…what season are YOU in right now?

Seriously, reply and let me know. I’d love to hear where you're at.

I appreciate you.

Hey Reader, You’ve been building something - a side hustle, a course, a podcast, a book, or maybe just an idea that won’t leave you alone. Now it’s time to give that idea a little momentum. Join me at The EDUpreneur Launch Summit, a free one-day virtual event happening Saturday, December 6th at 8:00am ET. You’ll hear from educators who’ve turned their classroom experience into thriving businesses. They’ll share what's worked, what didn’t, and the steps they took to go from idea to impact....

Hey Reader, If you're anything like most me, (and most EDUpreneurs I know), you're juggling 37 tabs open (in your brain and your browser), 3 half-finished offers, 2 podcast ideas, and at least one digital product you're "almost ready" to launch. And yet… you still feel like you're not doing enough. That guilt? That overwhelm? That never-satisfied to-do list? It’s not because you’re lazy. It’s because you’re doing too much at once, and none of it has the space it needs to actually work. Here’s...

Hey Reader, You finally launched your thing. You hit publish, posted the link, maybe even sent an email or two. That's awesome. (and I'm proud of you, btw) But then…crickets... No sales. No DMs. Not even a “Hey, this is cool.” Ouch. Don't worry, I’ve been there. More than once. (Actually, more than twice, three times, etc) Here’s what I want you to know: A slow launch doesn’t mean you failed. It just means you have data now. No one buying your offer doesn’t mean your idea is bad. It just...
