It's not your logo or headshots.

Hey Reader,

A lot of EDUpreneurs get stuck early on worrying about things like their website, their logo, professional headshots, etc, etc.

We get focused on looking bigger, smarter, more established, and more successful.

We play right into the trap our comparison-obsessed society sets for us. And it slows down, and sometimes ends, a lot of people's journeys.

I am fortunate to get to work with a lot of really amazing, and very successful, EDUpreneurs inside our EDUpreneur Community.

Yes, some of them have really nice sites. A few of them have gotten professional headshots or videos done. And a couple have really done a great job with their branding and messaging.

[Continued below this message from our friends at Superhuman AI]

But the thing they all have in common?

They're just trying to help people.

They're creating useful resources.

They're sending helpful emails.

They're answering DMs.

They're offering 1-on-1 time.

They're building trust.

They're not focused on looking like a successful EDupreneur. They're doing what successful EDUpreneurs do.

Your logo doesn't count for much if no one trusts what you say.

Your website won't work very well if you never tell people about your ideas.

Stop worrying about how your stuff looks, and just focus on helping people.

What you have is valuable. And that will make it look good to the people you serve.

I hope this helps.

Before you go...

I'd love to know where you're at right now.

Just hit reply with the letter that best describes you:

A. I'm still trying to figure out exactly what I want to build.

B. I know what I want to build, but I'm struggling to find the time.

C. I'm creating consistently, but not really growing.

D. I have an audience, but I'm not sure how to turn it into income.

E. I'm making some money, but I want to build something bigger.

~ Jeff

I appreciate you.

Hey Reader, Instagram. LinkedIn. Facebook. TikTok. Pinterest. Substack. Your newsletter. Your blog. Threads. And whatever new platform just launched while I was typing out that list. Some times it can feel like we're supposed to be everywhere. That if we want to succeed, we need to be everywhere. And everywhere you look, there are voices telling you to be everywhere. "You NEED to be on LinkedIn." "Substack is where all the attention is at." "Every business should have a podcast." "Newsletters...

Hey Reader, You've probably heard of an MVP or "Minimum Viable Product." This is essentially the simplest version of your product, offer, or service. We usually discuss an MVP when we're talking about launching a new product and dealing with perfectionism or procrastination. It's about getting it out there, in its simplest form, so you can test it and get feedback from your audience, and then go improve it. So that's your MVP. I want to talk about your MVW. Your Minimum Viable Week. If you're...

Hey Reader, Most entrepreneurs I know have a lot of ideas. Like...a LOT. And yes, by "most entrepreneurs I know" I most certainly mean me included. The reality is, we all have a lot of ideas. Otherwise, we'd likely not being doing what we do. You probably have your ideas in something like a Google Doc, a notes app, a Trello board, or in a physical notebook somewhere. We all have our place (or places) we put all those ideas. And that space is likely filled with course ideas, lead magnet ides,...
