👉🏻Top Priority: Launch your site already.

Hey Reader,

Have you been putting off launching your website, or reworking the one you have, because it doesn’t look the way you want it to yet?

Yea, I've been there. Here's the thing though:

You don’t need a fancy website to get started.

You don’t need perfect branding, a beautifully curated color palette, clever copy, or a bunch of bells and whistles.

What you need is a clear message, a simple structure, and a way for people to connect with you. That’s it. (add in a way to buy from you if you've got something to sell)

I’ve seen so many new creators/entrepreneurs get stuck in this crazy design limbo for months. So many of us have delayed launches waiting to “look legit,” or because we keep tweaking pages that no one is even visiting yet.

✅ A simple, clear website that works > a fancy, pixel-perfect site that’s never launched.

If you’re starting from scratch, or doing a refresh, focus on this first:

  • Who do you help?
  • What do you help them do?
  • What’s the first step they can take to work with you, learn from you, or follow along?

That’s all your homepage needs to say. That’s what people are actually looking for.

You can always make it prettier later. But you can’t build momentum from a draft no one can see. So if your site is sitting in “unfinished” mode… consider this your nudge (or permission) to hit publish and take it live anyway.

Progress over polish, always.

I hope this helps

đź’ˇCONTENT CREATION IDEA

Use Testimonials or Feedback to Start

You can (and should) use your testimonials and/or feedback as a starting point for new content. Go take a look at an awesome message someone sent you in a DM, or that testimonial from a past client.

Then ask yourself:

  • What problem did this person say I helped them solve?
  • What result did they get from working with me, using my product, or reading my content?
  • What question or hesitation did they have before they took action?

Each of those can become a post, a video, TikTok, IG reel or story, or a YouTube short.

Using these interactions, you could:

  • Talk about the challenge they faced (and how others might be facing the same thing).
  • Share your approach or mindset that helped them get unstuck.
  • Highlight the result, and give a takeaway your audience can try themselves.

This is a great way to not only highlight your work and how you serve people, but it's also just a great way to get through writer's block.

You’ve already made an impact. Now just pull the story and share the lesson with the rest of your audience.

Happy creating!

Hey Reader, Starting your own business can be exciting, scary, and nerve-racking all at the same time. Building something from scratch can take some time, and most people don’t have the cash reserve to jump ship from their full-time job and dive into a new venture. This why you hear so much about side hustles, because most people need to hustle on the side for a while before making any real money. This can one of the most difficult things to do: stay at a job you may not like, while you wait...
