Your offer needs this one thing.

Hey Reader,

Quick question for you...

If someone asked, “What do you offer?” could you answer clearly…in 2 sentences or less?

If not, don’t worry. That’s what today's email is for.

Here’s a simple formula I use (and teach) to write a clear, compelling offer description:

Fill in the blanks: I help [who] with [what], so they can [what they get/why it matters].

Let’s say you’re offering a 60-minute virtual workshop on student engagement. You could say:

I help middle school teachers reignite student engagement without relying on behavior charts, so their classroom runs smoother and kids actually enjoy learning again.

That’s clear. It’s specific. And it tells people why they should care.

Ok, your turn. Here’s a 3-step process to write your offer:

  1. Who’s it for? (be specific!)
  2. What result or transformation does it deliver?
  3. Why is that valuable? What does it unlock for them?

Then put it all together in one or two sentences. If you can say it simply, they’re more likely to buy it.

Next week, we’ll talk about how to actually get people to see your offer and say yes — even if you’re just starting out and don’t have a big audience.

I appreciate you.

Hey Reader, If you’ve been wondering why your revenue feels like a roller coaster, here’s a hard truth:A lot of businesses plateau when they only have one offer. Not because you can’t do more, but because your energy is a limited resource, and you’re more likely to finish what you start when you’re not juggling 18 other things. Here’s what that one thing could look like: Grow your email list by 50 people Create and launch a small paid offer Start posting 2x/week on LinkedIn Interview 5 ideal...
