8 ways to boost your side hustle success.
Published 5 months ago • 4 min read
Hey Reader,
I'm going to get right in to it. If you've got a side hustle and you're looking to grow it, or even just make it more enjoyable and efficient, here are 8 things you can do today (or this week/month) to give it a boost.
Define Your Goals: Get clear on what success looks like for your hustle. Is it extra cash or building a full-time business? Or maybe just a creative outlet!
Prioritize Tasks: Not everything needs your attention right now. Focus on what will bring the most impact—whether it's building an audience, making sales, or creating more content. fight that shiny object syndrome!
Tap Into Your Network: Your friends, family, and colleagues may be a goldmine of support and/or referrals. Don’t be shy about asking for help or connections.
Learn From Someone Who's Done it Before: One of the best things you can do is connect with someone who’s already done what you’re aiming for. Consider hiring a coach, finding mentor, or joining a mastermind.
Learn as You Go: Successful entrepreneurs assume they never know what they need to know. They are always learning, even about the things they are very good at. Dive into free courses, webinars, or podcasts. There's always more to know about marketing, sales, or even time management.
Automate & Outsource: There are tasks you don’t need to do yourself. Automate repetitive work with tools, or hire freelancers to free up your time for more important things.
Test & Pivot: Experiment with different strategies and don’t be afraid to change course. Side hustles grow when you adapt to what works and drop what doesn’t.
Take Care of Yourself: This may be the most important thing on this list. You need to find the harmony between your full-time job, side hustle, and personal life by setting boundaries and scheduling breaks.
This thing you're trying to do, it takes time. It takes effort. It is not easy. Thinking through, and reminding yourself about, these things can help.

💡CONTENT CREATION IDEA
USE GOOGLE FOR CONTENT IDEAS
If you're trying to brainstorm topics to create content around, a simple strategy is to just do a few Google searches. As you type in a query you believe your target audience might type in, Google will suggest topics/searches for you to use. These are likely the other things people searched for, making them good things to create content around.
A bonus with this method of looking for ideas is to scroll down to the "People also ask" section for additional ways people are searching for related topics.
Taking it one step further, when you click on any of the "People also ask" results, it generates additional searches.
These related search suggestions are SEO-friendly and will be highly relevant to the original topic you had in mind.

Hey Reader, I had a conversation once with a podcaster/blogger I know. I’ll go one step further and say this person is a friend as well. During our chat, she shared that she was in a weird place, feeling a bit stuck. She was about to begin a new role in her school district and is incredibly excited about it, but the excitement for this new position was having a seemingly negative impact on her EDUcreator business. She had been reflecting and realized that she initially started her side hustle...
