AI isn’t the future anymore.

Hey Reader,

I said it before, and I’ll keep saying it:

AI isn’t the future anymore. It’s just part of the environment now.

“AI-powered” no longer impresses anyone. It’s expected.

Everyone uses it.

Every tool has it built in.

Every platform integrates it.

Every update mentions it.

And yet, most of us feel more overwhelmed than ever.

Not because we aren’t using AI. But because we’re constantly wondering if we’re using the right AI.

Here’s the reality AI tech companies don’t want to admit:

Most AI tools are built on the same foundations.

The difference isn’t the tool. It’s the judgment behind how it’s used.

The EDUpreneurs who will do well in 2026 won’t be the ones chasing every new AI release. They’ll be the ones who stop and ask better questions:

  • Does this actually simplify my workflow?
  • Does this reduce decision fatigue or add to it?
  • Does this help me serve my audience better, or just create more noise?

The shift isn’t about doing more with AI. It’s about using it intentionally.

Which means we need to:

  • Stop chasing tools
  • Stop jumping on trends
  • Stop feeling behind
  • Start creating systems and workflows that support clarity and consistency.

I’m seeing these exact conversations happening inside the EDUpreneur Community.

Less talk about new tools.

Less debate about what’s “best.”

More focus on fewer tools, used more strategically.

Less hype. Less urgency.

More thoughtful decisions about what actually belongs in our businesses.

Because in 2026, AI won’t be the differentiator.

How calmly and intentionally you use it will be.

I hope this helps.

Hey Reader, In our EDUpreneur Mastermind last week, we chatted a bit about SEO (Search Engine Optimization) in today’s world, with AI continuing to take over. So I wanted to share an analogy that might help make this typically confusing topic make a little more sense. (we’ll see how I do) The reality is, how we’ve always approached SEO in the past doesn’t work (or at least not as well) as it used to. We need to think about it differently now. The problem is, SEO has always been confusing,...
