You can do all the things, but not at the same time.

Hey Reader,

If you're anything like most me, (and most EDUpreneurs I know), you're juggling 37 tabs open (in your brain and your browser), 3 half-finished offers, 2 podcast ideas, and at least one digital product you're "almost ready" to launch.

And yet… you still feel like you're not doing enough.

That guilt? That overwhelm? That never-satisfied to-do list?

It’s not because you’re lazy. It’s because you’re doing too much at once, and none of it has the space it needs to actually work.

Here’s the truth I’ve had to remind myself (and clients) again and again:

You can do all the things.
You just can’t do them all at the same time.

So how do you actually stop doing all the things?

Here are 3 quick ways to shift your focus this week:

  1. Brain dump everything
Get it all out of your head and onto paper. Every idea. Every “should.” Every maybe-someday project. Seeing the list helps you own your workload instead of being owned by it.
  2. Circle the money-makers
Which items actually move your business forward? Which ones lead to growing your list, booking clients, or bringing in revenue? Circle those. Prioritize those. The rest can wait.
  3. Pick one to finish
Notice I didn’t say pick one to start or work on. I said to pick one to finish. You'll build confidence, momentum, and results faster than bouncing between half-done ideas.

Is this a simplified approach? Yes, it is.

Does it work? Yes, it does.

Give it a try.

The reality is, you probably don't need a better planner, a cleaner calendar, or a 3-day strategic planning retreat.

You just need a filter to view everything through.

Over the next couple weeks, I'm focused on helping you create that filter. More to come next week.

P.S. If this one hit home, reply and let me know what you’re juggling right now. I’d love to hear what’s on your plate.

Did you get to here?

I wanted to test something out this week. If you've read down to here and notice that a few things are missing, I'd love to know.

Hit 'reply' and let me know what part you wish would have been here:

Hey Reader, If you’ve been wondering why your revenue feels like a roller coaster, here’s a hard truth:A lot of businesses plateau when they only have one offer. A single course, a single PD session, a single tutoring package, a single coaching program… it’s all the same problem. You’re basically leading people up to a cliff and hoping they’ll jump into something bigger on their own. Most won’t. Not because they don’t like you or your work, but because you didn’t give them a next step. That’s...

Hey Reader, If you’re in a season of overwhelm, one of the simplest ways to get traction is to choose one clear focus for the next 30 days. That’s it. One. Not because you can’t do more, but because your energy is a limited resource, and you’re more likely to finish what you start when you’re not juggling 18 other things. Here’s what that one thing could look like: Grow your email list by 50 people Create and launch a small paid offer Start posting 2x/week on LinkedIn Interview 5 ideal...

Hey Reader, Here’s something I’ve learned after coaching dozens of educators through their business journey: your best ideas usually start in the classroom.
