✅ Challenge: 90-Day Sprint
Published 2 days ago • 4 min read
Hey Reader,
Before we jump into this week's topic, could you do me a huge favor? A couple weeks ago, I mentioned the new podcast I am co-hosting. I would be so appreciative if you could leave a 5-star rating on Spotify and/or Apple Podcasts. It helps us get more visibility for the podcast and therefore help more entrepreneurs like you. Thank you in advance!
If you've never done a 90-Day Sprint, now is a great time to consider one. At this point in the year, we can start to stray from the focuses we laid out during 4th quarter strategic planning.
The 90-Day Sprint exercise can help you get refocused and create a clear, actionable plan to driveprogress toward a specific goal.
It works because 90 days is long enough to achieve meaningful results but short enough to maintain momentum and adapt if needed.
How It Works
Step 1: Identify 3 Key Priorities
Choose three key things to focus on for the next 90 days.
These should align with your overall objective and goals.
Example:
Launch a new product or service.
Increase subscribers by 25%.
Build and engage an email list.
Step 2: Define Your Weekly Actions
Break each focus into weekly tasks.
Example for refining marketing strategy:
Week 1: Audit website and landing pages.
Week 2: Update messaging and offer.
Week 3: Run a test campaign.
Week 4: Analyze results and adjust.
Step 3: Track Progress & Adjust
Add to your Weekly Status Report to review progress and keep us updated.
Ask: What’s working? What’s not? What needs adjusting?
Celebrate wins and pivot where necessary.
Step 4: Create an Accountability System
Use a planner, spreadsheet, or project management tool (e.g., ClickUp, Trello, Asana, Basecamp).
👉 LinkedIn Tests 'My Network' Tab to Show Content Only from Connections and Followed People & Pages
LinkedIn is testing new tabs at the top of the feed, allowing users to toggle between the "All" and "My Network" tabs to filter content in their feed.
The "My Network" tab gives users more control over their feed by isolating content from people they are connected to and from pages and people they follow, rather than relying on LinkedIn’s algorithmic recommendations, which include posts from both inside and outside their network.
Like other platforms, LinkedIn has shifted toward an interest-based graph. This test is likely in response to user demand for more content from the people they follow.
LinkedIn’s approach mirrors Instagram's "Following" tab though, as it doesn’t allow users to set My Network as the default.
🤖 Meta plans to release standalone Meta AI app in effort to compete with OpenAI’s ChatGPT
Meta wants to be “the leader in artificial intelligence by the end of the year.”
The social media giant plans to debut a standalone AI app during the second quarter, according to people familiar with the matter.
Meta also plans to test a paid subscription service for Meta AI, taking a cue from OpenAI’s monthly fees for access to more powerful versions of ChatGPT, the people said.

💡CONTENT CREATION IDEA
Teach the 10% Behind You
A lot of newer creators hesitate to put themselves out there because they feel like they’re not an expert yet. But here’s the thing—you don’t have to be the expert; you just need to be a few steps ahead of someone else.
Instead of worrying about whether you “know enough,” focus on teaching the 10% behind you—the people who are just getting started and could benefit from what you’ve already learned.
Here’s how to turn this into content:
What’s something you figured out recently? → Teach it in a post or video.
What problem did you just solve in your business? → Share your process.
What’s a mistake you made early on? → Help someone else avoid it.
What tool, habit, or mindset shift made a difference for you? → Pass it along.
People don’t always need a guru—they need someone relatable who’s just a few steps ahead.
Happy creating! 🎉
