Here's our tech stack.
Published 10 months ago • 4 min read
Hey Reader,
In another community I am a part of, someone recently asked about everyone’s tech stacks, so I thought maybe sharing ours could bring you some value. So here we go.
First off, in case you’re not familiar with the term “tech stack” let’s define it here:
The term comes from the world of coding and software development. The first definition I found is, “the set of technologies used to develop an application, including programming languages, frameworks, databases, front-end and back-end tools, and APIs.”
When it comes to the world of business, entrepreneurship, and being a creator, a tech stack simply refers to all the tech tools you use to operate. This can include things like your website hosting, website builder, calendar management, social media scheduling apps, etc.
Our tech stack has grown quite a bit, and changed quite a bit, over the past 9 years. We’ve tested a lot of different tools, changed throughout our growth, and have landed on the following.
I am not recommending you use these specific apps, or suggesting you need all of them or the same number of tools. I am sharing in the hopes that if you're currently trying to find the right tool, maybe this will help. Or, you can bookmark this newsletter and come back to it when needed in the future.
I'd love to know what your tech stack looks like as well. Hit 'reply' and let me know.

🤖 AI vs. SEO: What does the Future of Search look like?
Google’s monopoly in Internet search has seemed invincible – well over 90 percent market share in the western world.
ChatGPT Search was launched a few days ago and Perplexity has seen a significant increase in user interest in recent months.
What both search engines have in common is that they take a different approach to answering searches than Google’s well-known “10 blue links”. They use the strength of Large Language Models in processing language and formulate information from different sources to form an overall answer.
❌ TikTok ban faces uncertain future under Trump’s return
Trump’s shift on TikTok’s potential ban could impact the app’s future in the U.S., creating uncertainty for advertisers targeting its 170 million American users.
President-elect Trump reversed his 2020 stance on banning TikTok, telling supporters to “vote for Trump” if they want to “save TikTok in America.”
Trump’s softened stance follows lobbying efforts by ByteDance investor Jeff Yass, marking a significant shift from his previous calls for a complete ban.

"Myth-Busting Mondays (or any day!)"
Pick a common misconception or myth in your niche. Debunk that myth in your content.
For example, you could tackle myths like “You need tons of money to start a side hustle” or “Only tech-savvy people can build an online business.”
This kind of content is engaging because it grabs attention, challenges assumptions, and provides valuable insights. Plus, it positions YOU as knowledgeable and trustworthy, which helps build credibility.
You can make this a recurring series, tackling a new myth each week or month!
