Start small. Like... really small.

Hey Reader,

One of the biggest mistakes I see EDUpreneurs make?

Trying to build too much for their first product.

A 12-module course.
A 100-page guide.
A complete curriculum bundle with bonus videos and a certificate of completion.

Slow down. Start smaller.

Here’s what I want you to hear:
Your first product isn’t about showing how much you know. It’s about solving one specific problem.

Some low-lift product ideas to consider:

  • A $9 template (like a lesson plan, content calendar, or email script)
  • A $15 resource pack (like worksheets, slide decks, or activities)
  • A $27 mini-workshop recording
  • A $19 ebook or playbook (no fluff, just focused advice)

What do all of these have in common?
They solve one clear problem for a specific person.

This kind of product is easier to create, easier to sell, and easier to learn from.

Then, once you’ve got your first product out into the world, you can gather feedback, iterate, and build more.

But first: Start. Small.

You in?

Hit reply and tell me the smallest, simplest product you can imagine making.

I appreciate you.

Hey Reader, Your first digital product doesn’t need a funnel, automations, or a 47-step launch plan. You just need a solid product and a simple way to deliver it. Here’s how to build it without overbuilding: Pick the simplest format Choose what’s easiest for you to create and easiest for them to use. PDF? Great. Google Doc? Perfect. Loom video? Go for it. Notion template? Cool. Don’t overcomplicate this. Your goal is to help them solve a problem—not impress them with your tech skills. Use...

Hey Reader, In our EDUpreneur Mastermind last week, we chatted a bit about SEO (Search Engine Optimization) in today’s world, with AI continuing to take over. So I wanted to share an analogy that might help make this typically confusing topic make a little more sense. (we’ll see how I do) The reality is, how we’ve always approached SEO in the past doesn’t work (or at least not as well) as it used to. We need to think about it differently now. The problem is, SEO has always been confusing,...
