3 time-saving tips.

Hey Reader,

I know how hard it can be to manage teaching, your side hustle, and everything else life throws your way. It’s easy to get overwhelmed by that ever-growing to-do list.

So here are a couple ideas I think might help. And since I am sharing 3 time-saving ideas here, I'm also going to keep this email short and sweet. BOOM! More time saved. 😁

Here are 3 time-saving tips that can help you streamline your side hustle without sacrificing your sanity. Whether you're just starting, or scaling up, these tips can give you more focus and clarity.

1. Batch Your Tasks

Group similar tasks together and block time off in your calendar to knock them out. Paring things like creating social media posts and other marketing graphics at the same time, allows you to get into your design software and mindset all at once. This minimizes distractions and keeps you in the flow.

2. Create Templates & SOPs

Save time by creating templates for emails, blog posts, or anything you do regularly. That way, you’re not reinventing the wheel each time.

Take the time sooner than later, to iron out your Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). These are the systems you use to do tasks that you regularly need completed. Having a system/template for these tasks will increase your efficiency.

3. Automate Repetitive Tasks

Tools like Zapier and Buffer can handle routine tasks like social media scheduling or responding to customer inquiries, freeing you up to do other tasks that require you to be actively involved.

Remember, it’s not about working harder—it’s about working smarter. Pick one of these tips to try this week and watch how it helps you save time.

Hit "reply" and let me know what you're trying!

I hope this helps

Hey Reader, Let’s be real for a second: if you’re serious about turning your side hustle into something sustainable, building your email list isn’t optional, it’s foundational. I know I’ve said this before (probably more than once), but here I am saying it again… because it’s that important. Social media is great for discovery and engagement, but it’s borrowed land. Your followers? Not really yours. But your email list? That’s your house. You make the rules. And when you show up consistently...

Hey Reader, Imposter syndrome is sneaky, right? It’s that voice that whispers, “You’re not ready.” “You don’t know enough.” “Who do you think you are to do this?” It shows up as perfectionism. As procrastination. As over-researching instead of starting. And for creators, educators, and entrepreneurs, it’s pretty common. (Like, annoyingly common.) And look, I could spend the next 500 emails telling you how smart, capable, and creative you are. But here’s the thing: hearing it from someone else...

Hey Reader, If there’s one thing that’s made the biggest difference in our team's success over the years, it’s this: We listen. It sounds simple (and it is), but it’s wildly underrated. Whether you’re running a consulting business, launching a course, starting a podcast, or growing a side hustle, you can’t grow for your audience if you’re not listening to your audience. In his book Superfans, Pat Flynn calls this “learning the lyrics.” It means listening to how your audience talks about their...
